Walkies and Big Winner

We like to take a family walk after dinner. Notice, no leash! Yep, that's right. I can walk the whole neighborhood without a leash now. I stick to the sidewalk and just visit a few bushes and flowers along the way. I some times get ahead of Mom and Dad but I stop and wait for them at road intersections. I'm not allowed to cross the street by myself but I'm OK with that.

Nate won the 50/50 raffle at the church Easter dinner! Uncle Alex took him up to claim his prize.

Mom took Nate to get his 6-month portraits. While she was there, she found out they allow dogs too. So, a few days later, I got to have my pictures taken with Nate. I got a little bit nervous once we got there and we had a hard time getting Nate to smile but I think one or two of the pics are OK. Which one is your favorite?

Happy Easter!

Wow, what an Easter we had. The weather was so perfect. We may never see another Easter like that ever again! We all had a great time at Grandmom and Grandpop's house. Almost the whole family was there. The food was amazing but the company was even better. It was a tough day for me, though, because the herd was all over the place. Playing bocci ball in the backyard, eating dinner in the dining room or hanging out on the front porch. I had to keep patrolling the place to make sure my herd stayed on the property and didn't roam too far. I slept real good that night.
