Christmas Preparations

Getting ready for Christmas! Nate and Sam decorated the tree (I supervised). Followed by holiday cartoons on TV. I think it's nice that the boys respect their oldest brother by letting me have the whole sofa while they sat on the floor.

We had great weather this past weekend, so Mom and Dad brought us outside to take some pictures. We were trying to get a picture of me, Nate, and Sam to put on our holiday card. As you can see, I listened to Mom and Dad great, but Nate and Sam were too busy horsing around. These are the "best" shots...

I guess we will have to try again another day.

Happy Halloween - NOT!

I finally found someone who hates Halloween more than me!!! Nate! That's my boy. He wouldn't even put his costume on. At least I was a good sport and put my silly bee costume on. One nice thing is that it kept me warm. Anyway, Millie and I were the bees and Sam was the bee hive. Nate was supposed to be a bee too. He later showed up at an iPad techy. Nerd.

Tired out from answering the door every few minutes. Enough is enough.

Snow Day in October?

A harbinger of a rough winter to come? 5 inches of snow on October 29th might suggest that is, indeed, the case. Bring it on. Nate and I LOVE the snow!!!

The Pacifier

Mom left me to babysit the boys for a few minutes in the living room while she cleaned the kitchen. Sam started fussing a little so I did what any good big brother would do. I cuddled with him. In return, Sam scratched my ears. They call me...The Pacifier!

Hurricane Irene

Last week was an exciting weather week for us. First, we had an earthquake. I tried to warn mom, but she didn't get my patented signal (sleep extra soundly when natural disaster approaches).

Then, over the weekend, Hurricane Irene hit us pretty hard. We even had to hide in the basement for a little while because of a tornado warning. Luckily, we made it through unscathed. We were pretty exhausted after all of the excitement.
