I just noticed that I only had 7 posts in 2013. That's pretty pathetic. So, my New Year's resolution is to post at least once a month in 2014.
Here's a recap of the end of 2013 and the start of 2014:
December brought a few snow which I love, of course. The cold weather and white drifts reminded me of my home state of Michigan. We had a great holiday season. Christmas was one of the best ever although my visiting cousin, Bart, ate my duck. Mommy said she would get me a new duck. I hope she gets it soon. I lost another furry friend just this morning because I took it outside and accidentally peed on it. Mommy threw it in the trash. What a bummer.
Anyway, back to Christmas...I got some really nice treats. Nate and Sam got lots of trains (no surprise there) and I got to lick the prime rib juices. Yum!!!! New Year's came and went without much excitement. The Duke bowl game was fun to watch on New Year's eve. They came so close to the win but Texas A&M overtook them in the second half. Better luck next year Blue Devils!
